Blended First Aid CPR-C (Online & In Person)

Options for Emergency or Standard First Aid with CPR Level C & AED.

Blended first aid and CPR courses are a unique way of allowing participants to learn the theory portions of first aid in the safety and comfort of their home or office using a computer and proprietary Canadian Red Cross learning videos and slides, which aids in reducing interactions and potential exposure to COVID-19.  The participants are then only required to attend a 1 day in class training where they are taught and practice the hands on skills and complete the required written knowledge evaluation.

The online portion can be completed up to 30 days prior to taking the in class portion of the course, and can be taken in blocks of time versus all at once, to allow the participant the flexibility to schedule the learning for what works best for them.  We do however recommend completing the online portion close in date to when you complete the in class portion

Canadian Red Cross Emergency First Aid and Standard First Aid, with CPR & AED training is acknowledged and approved by the Government of Alberta OHS, Canadian CSA Guidelines, and COR (Certificate of Recognition) Programs

Standard First Aid CPR-C Re-Certification (In Person)

A one day re-certification of the First Aiders skills and knowledge.  The participant will demonstrate in this one day event, their comprehension and competency of their first aid knowledge and skills.

Re-Certification is recommended for those that use their first aid skills frequently and stay up to date on their knowledge of the first aid topics.  A Recertification class is not designed to re-educate the learner on the first aid topics, but only re-test their current knowledge and ability.

Participants wishing to re-certify must provide proof of current certification prior to the recertification date.

Classes begin at 9:30 AM. Participants are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes early for registration.
