CPR & AED

This 1 day course will provide the participant everything they are required to know to deal with an Emergency & Crisis situation, and provide knowledge and skill on providing care to common Life Threatening Injuries and Illnesses as a lay care provider.

Course content includes:

• The Red Cross
• Preparing for Emergencies
• The role of a First Aider
• EMS / 9-1-1
• Choking
• Life Threatening Bleeding
• Heart Attacks and Strokes
• CPR
• AED (Automated External Defibrillator)

Classes begin at 8:30 AM. Participants are encouraged to arrive 15-20 minutes early for registration.
